Corona is in panic around the world. Which has now spread to Bangladesh. So far, 20 coronary patients have been identified. Three of them were healthy and one died.

Flu, cough, cold, sore throat, fever, headache, sneezing and fatigue are the primary symptoms of coronavirus. Critical symptoms can include pneumonia, shortness of breath, diarrhea and even death.

Due to the contagious nature of the coronavirus, government and many private health care centers are offering various safety tips to prevent the virus from spreading from one person to another.

Learn about coronavirus protection tips announced by the World Health Organization (WHO) and get this message out to your family and friends –

Travel off: If you have flu-like symptoms like cough, fever, colds or sneezing, refrain from traveling at all.

Avoid populated areas: It may be that a person does not have any symptoms of the coronary virus, but they may also contain the disease. Because the infection erupts in the patient within 14 days. So avoid crowded places.

Treat yourself: If you come from a corona-infected country and have flu symptoms and difficulty breathing, seek immediate medical attention.

Maintain Distance: Keep distance from those who have flu or cold symptoms. When talking to a person, maintain a distance of 0.5 meters to 2 meters.

Keep your hands clean: Wash hands frequently with soap and water or disinfectant handwash for at least 20 seconds.

Maintain Personal Hygiene: Use disinfectants to clean your house, tables, toilets, computers, laptops, switches and stationery every day.

Do not touch the eyes with your hands: When an infected person sneezes or coughs without a mask, the pathogens come out in the form of drops and spread to things like chairs or tables. When another person touches those things and touches his eyes, nose or mouth with that hand, the germs of the disease enter the body and infect him. Pathogens can survive for about 48 hours on things.

Special care for the elderly: The elderly and the sick members of the family are advised to take special care due to the vulnerability of the elderly.

Cover mouth and nose: If you have flu-like symptoms and cough or sneezing frequently, always use tissue. Throw the used tissue into the lid dustbin.

Do not touch the mask: If you are wearing a mask to cover the face and nose, do not touch it empty-handed. Remove the mask securely after use or discard it once used. Wash hands immediately.

Carry Extra Masks: Many are not serious about the possibility that a virus can be transmitted by cough or sneezing. If you see someone with flu symptoms, give him an extra mask to cover his face.

Avoid eating raw foods: Only eat properly cooked foods and avoid un-cooked or half-cooked foods or meat-rich foods. Even if you touch raw meat or any part of a dead animal, wash your hands immediately.

Don’t Spit There: Stop spitting wherever you are in public. Because it can be infected by someone.
